Well made, but flat.
After reading reviews from all over the internet, I decided to give these pillows a try. I ordered 2 with the intention of ordering 2 more if things worked out. When paying well over $100 for 2 pillows, expectations are high. These pillows fell flat...literally. First, I do not believe that these are the same pillows used at the Ritz. They are down pillows, but they do not at all resemble those shown in the ad photos. They seem to be a little on the empty side. In fact, I'm pretty sure I could all of the down out of one pillow and it would easily fit into the second pillow, maybe with room to spare. I purchased the king size, and they are not big, full, fluffy pillows. After two months of use, my pillows are somewhat flat. I find myself having to fold my pillow in half in order to sleep comfortably. They do appear to be well constructed, although you do get a few feather pokes every now and then. The search for the right pillow continues...
