Yesterday I wrote a review about your 6'x12' Bownet. At the time I was upset with the actual size and shape not beinglike what was being portrayed in the photo. Today I’d like to retract what I said, especially if you are thinking about purchasingthis item. A friend of mine saw what I had written and contacted me and explained that he ran into the same problem only tolater find out that there is two “buttons” on the back bottom portion of the bar, pretty much hidden in the orange part of the net.These buttons allow you to extend the bars outs from 9' to the full 12' feet, that I complained about. To bad it does come withinstructions to tell you this from the start. Oh well I felt like I needed to let everyone know I’m back on board with this product,but your communication of this sucks. I would buy again and I’m sure I will! PS My friend who owns about 20 of these suggest,if you’re in a damp area of the country, try using something like WD-40 on the bar that slides inside the other one, preventingit from eventually sticking.

My son wanted a portable goal for his 8th birthday as he wanted additional time practicing everything from free kicks to shot placement off movement drills. What has impressed me most about this product is it has lived up to its billing. Setup is easy and gets easier after only a few setups. Unlike most portable goals available during my generation (metal or pvc), this item has been durable. Since purchasing it a few months ago and using it 3-4 times a week for no less than 2 hours at a time, it is still responding like new...and surprise, it has endured plenty of rips by an aging ex-pro like myself (although my rips aren't on par as before). Amazon obtains this product direct from the manufacturer so, when my initial setup revealed some slack in the net and a natural bend in the metal base, I called Bow Net direct and was treated with the upmost respect. Not only was the service rep congenial, but upon revealing her lack of knowledge with the soccer goals (more experience with the lacrosse goals), she quickly transferred me to the engineer of the soccer goal. Problem resolved as user error. Awesome product and awesome service.

I bought this huge Soccer goal for my 8 year old and 4 year old boys. nI can't believe how easy it is to set up and also how strong the goal is. I have tried many times to make the goal move with SUPER STRONG Kicks but I can't.

I purchased this Bownet goal for this last Spring's soccer season. It was very easy to setup and tear down; Much easier than other brands I've worked with. The carrying cases are compact and have wheels to help you drag it around. The goals do need the stakes to keep it from blowing over on windy days but that's to be expected. I definitely recommend this item.

My son is a Freshman in HS and a competitive soccer player. He needed a net for practicing at home or take to random locations to practice with team mates. We were a little weary about whether or not the net would stand up well or tip over. It works excellent and he is very happy with it. It is extremely easy to set up and take down and appears to be very well made. We have only used a few times so far, but are confident it is going to last a long time.

Carrying case came with a 3” gash on the side. The goal itself was undamaged and working fine so far. Amazon would not replace just the carrying case and said he has to return everything to get an equivalent item. As we we in the middle of soccer season and the turn around time was 2-3 weeks to get a replacement goal, we opted for the “duct tape” option on the carrying case itself.

Really a fantastic net and super easy to set up - once you know what you are doing. For example, in order to get to the full 12ft length you need to slide the brackets out on either side of that bottom hinge. This isn't intuitive, as the canvas covers the metal brackets and pins. Also, in the instructional video, the guy's body masks when he does this. I actually sent one back because I thought they shipped the wrong size frame leaving me with a cockeyed goal (not the case). Now that I know, I love, love, love this net.

This is a good size. It's not as hard to assemble as the full-sized goal but is big enough to shoot at full-strength. We've used it often and had no problems as long as you pack the net carefully so it doesn't tangle. The quality is better than other portable goals I've used.
