Hard to describe the experience with this shower head but I will try. I purchased the 12" version and was amazed by the size of the water drops. the drops are huge like a real rain shower. The 12" is large enough to cover your whole body at the same time. Uses 2.5 GPM so it does use a decent amount of water but nothing outrageous. This is the GPM similar to most heads. I used this to replace a 8" waterfall head that came with our house. The experience is quite amazing and I look forward to showers now! I hope the Jets don't need replaced even with the replacement heads provided which gives me pause. Why do they need those replacements?

This is going to seem like a funny complaint, there's almost too much water coming out of this shower head. : ) The first time I used it, thought I might drown. Obviously, my old shower head wasn't very good. The pressure is great, steady stream, head moves easily, and if you've had a rain shower head you know they can drain forever when turned off, this one doesn't! I'd give it 10 stars just for that feature.

Works good. I bought this product because I wanted to enjoy this kind of shower head that I experienced in a NY fancy hotel. But... i probably overdid by picking too big of a size, or perhaps this product requires bigger pressure if you like to feel some pressure. The water flow is soft... like rain and perhaps that is the goal for others. As for me, I like the wider aspect, the many nozzles aspect but I also want more pressure. i will probably try the 8 inches instead of this 10 inches. But the product is good.

I have literally been through a dozen shower heads trying to cure the defective plumbing installed in my new house by Casa in Austin. They are the worst. I’ve paid multiple plumbers to correct the issue and only have large bills to show for it.This is the first solution that has cured my dribbling shower.Granted, it a RAIN shower head so it is a gentle flow of water, not Niagara Falls, BUT I successfully shampooed my hair without miserably freezing to death. It was the first pleasant shower experience I’ve had in this particular shower since I built my house. Huge win.So. Yes. It does work with low water pressure. Yes. It is a definite improvement from the pitiful dribble issue. Yes. Aesthetically beautiful.Not perfect.Perfection would be Casa making it right. But I’ll take this beautiful shower head that permits me to actually use a previously useless shower.

The shower head itself is great, but I think it's a misrepresentation to categorize this as "high pressure". My water pressure is mediocre, and with this shower head it's very noticeable. The description makes it seem like there's some sort of airflow that adds to the pressure, but that's not the case. In my lower water pressure, many of the outlets do not have water flow.That said, it's well-constructed and attractive, and provides water coverage for a much larger area than my previous 6-inch square head. If I want a very gentle flow of water from directly overhead across a large area, this does a great job of that.

This was very easy to install. I did have to buy an extension for it, but that was not expensive. No issues with this at all. Feels like a rain fall

We just retiled and upgraded a shower. I had never experienced a rain shower before. We've had it installed about a week and so far, it has worked wonderfully and the rain effect is strong yet gentle, quite soothing yet functional. The shower head is well made, sturdy and strong. We did purchase a square 18" arm extension which makes it a perfect distance from the wall. Great value for the product. Hope it proves worthy over time!
