Great way to keep your Google Mini in the bathroom.
I bought this for my bathroom because I only have 1 outlet in there, like most. I wanted the cord out of the way and still be able to plug in appliances with the larger GFI plugs like my hair dryer. This works perfect! I actually have it flipped over from the ad picture where the Mini is to the top of the outlet and it stays nice and stable in the outlet and leaves plenty of room to plug in anything to the bottom receptacle.

Very nice plug mount..
I like how the plug mount holds the Google home mini and tucks away the plug and wires - my only gripe, the entire weight of the mount, Google Mini and the wire sits on the plug and over time with gravity in action, the whole thing unplugs. I solved the issue with a tiny piece of double sided tape.

Very nice mount, hard cable management!
See my pics! This is a very nice wall mount for your Google home mini. The plastic quality is good, not brittle but thick. The white matches the white Google mini. You can mount it up right or upside-down.The only thing is that there's no instructions besides some basic diagrams on the back of the package. You can see the first step stating "wrap wire around cord guide.". But there is no cord guide. I had a hard time trying to wind the power cable wiring inside, took 10+ minutes but finally got it. Besides that, the mount is great!I have mine in the bathroom so I can listen to news and weather while I shower before work.

Great idea, not perfect, smaller wall footprint then others
I needed an outlet-style holder for a google home mini, but where the fit would be tight with the outlet under a medicine cabinet. This fit the bill. This one opts to keep the mini nearer the center of the outlet, but with the tradeoff that it floats a few inches away from the wall and in front of the outlet, instead of flush with the wall and farther above or below it (like most other holders with a longer "neck). Not a spectacular product. The fit and finish of the plastic, with a matte texture, is a little thicker and nicer than others with a thin, glossy plastic. While the instructions are useless, you can end up with a very tidy install with no cable showing. But the holder just blocks the physical mic switch on the home mini, a big design flaw. A cutout for the switch, or a design that would allow the mini to rotate in the holder, would solve this. Likewise it would be great to be able to rotate the entire holder to swing a few degree sideways from the outlet, instead of either up or down. This would be great for tight vertical spaces like mine.Bringing the home forward from the wall, it also gets less volume reinforcement than being flush with the wall (true for all speakers -- try it).Still, it solved more problems than it created for my application.

Pretty close to perfect
I tried a couple of different mounts for the Home Mini. I settled on this one because it seems to be the best compromise for our bathroom. It's compact and discreet, conceals the power connector and extra cord, grips the existing power plug and Mini firmly, and doesn't block the other outlet. Also preserves access to the mute switch. I ended up using it in "hanging" orientation below the outlet instead of above the outlet because the two prongs of the unpolarized Google plug don't seem to hold in the outlet quite well enough to have it above. Not to mention, I like having the Mini oriented so the volume "tap" function is left for vol down, right for vol up. Good part is that the plug will go in either orientation. For the record, I have Decora style outlets; they have plenty of space between receptacles.

Check your outlets
Works , looks great and takes the look of corded away. However, it’s not the fault of the company, where I wanted to plug this in , unit kept falling out . Too heavy for outlet. I tried two other outlets, fell also . The only outlet it stayed steady on was the one pictured. I’m not sure what you call these types of outlets . They’re newer. So make sure you have these type of outlets if you’re purchasing this product. I live in an old apartment 69-70’s built , so I guess the outlets haven’t been upgraded. Bummer. Only use in the kitchen it is then

Match the outlet plate color, not the device color!
I was on the fence about ordering the white mount for the “charcoal” speaker, but I’m glad I did. It looks better to me to match the outlet cover plate than the device. Just my opinion. For the mount itself, it was a little tricky wrapping the cord and I’m a little worried the cable is bent a little too aggressively. Also, the added mass and shape make it sit slightly wobbly in the actual outlet. So far it seems fine, though, and for a kitchen counter, this product makes the speaker waaaaaay better. I very much disliked having the speaker sitting on my counter. Definitely prefer the tidy counter and it also directs the sound out instead of up into the top cabinets. Win.

Easy to install, horizontal or vertical
If anyone is looking for a GH Mini mount that can be turned perpendicular to your outlet, this one is for you! Almost all of the mounts I found didn't show this (and more probably do have it as an option), but this one fit my needs perfectly. It doesn't look cheap and matched color well. 5/5
