Our family loves the alkaline pitcher and filters. Our well water has an interesting smell. We have tested it and all is safe but it bothers me. I decided to give this product a try and wow what a difference. Now I’m able to skip the bottle water and drink what we have at home

Perfect filter always reads 9.5 or higher! Definitely a $ saver!! We were spending 4 a gallon before we found this! So happy we did!! Highly recommended!!!

I haven’t done a proper ph test on it, but overall. From straight tap water through the filter the taste is pretty good and noticeable.With that being said, I do have issues with it that prevent it from being a 5 star product.The advertised filter change frequency isn’t quite accurate. With 2 people (including myself) I find the filter won’t last even a full month. 3 weeks AT MOST. Could be a consumption issue, possibly. I haven't measured exactly how much we drink, but we try to consume 5 to 6 cups per day.I have ordered/used 9 filters this year, every single filter has had clear black/clear gray discharge. Even after soaking the filter per the instructions. I’m assuming this must be the “activated carbon” filter runoff? It usually dissipates after 2 1/2 pitchers of water. I looked on the official website at the FAQs and doubled check the instructions and don’t see anything about this discharge.If you can look past some of these odd quirks of the filter, I’d say it’s pretty decent product for the price. Especially if it’s on sale (which its on a lot)

Bought this for drinking water. We'll stick to Poland Springs bottled water. It tastes much cleaner and better. We did not like the taste of this filtered water at all. Tasted heavy. Spring water is light and clear. This filtered water does not filter hard water.

As pictured on Amazon (and as I ordered), these are the filters that have screws to go into the blue pitcher. Unfortunately, I received the kind of Enviro filters that drop in from the top, for the older, black pitcher. They don't work for the blue pitcher.

the picture with my hand holding the box is what I got. The picture with the 3 filters is what I ordered. The short filters do not fit the blue pitcher used for lead removal. They do not have the threads to screw up to the upper reservoir.
