My first hot yoga towel was a yogitoes. I assumed from the reviews and the price that it would be the best. It worked ok, but still slipped regularly and after a year it was not much different than the Aurora towels which are cheap and do not work for hot yoga. ( I bought two to try them out) About half way into the year I needed a second towel so I wasn't having to wash in between every class. (4+ per week). I bought the Zen Active and it held better than the yogitoes did when I first bought it. After two years it still holds well and is long enough to wrap one end around my mat to secure it a bit better. When vinyasa class is moving 360 degrees I am still too heavy footed to keep it from bunching up but I found that it still holds to the mat better than the yogitoes. I recently bought three more to be able to cycle through for a week. I like the yogitoes but this mat is better and significantly less expensive!

I wanted to wait till I had used it for a few weeks. It is great! I have not put it in the dryer, I always hang them to dry ( I bought 2) and the grip is still great. They wash and smell great after a wash, they are holding up great, very absorbent, other yoga goers have asked about them. When I go to a low impact practice I spritz it first or don't lay it out till i get moist. Some people say that it is slippery if you have not sweat on it yet and they are giving it bad reviews for that reason. That's silly, if you are not sweating enough mist it Pre-Yoga or don't use a towel if your not in HOT Yoga. You don't need a towel if your not in Hot yoga! But I love it I'm going to buy some more, I only wish they had a few more colors to choose from. :)

one of the best yoga towel! For just $25 you can have a eco friendly towel for all the yoga needs! On one side has this nice non-skid design and it absorb the sweat like crazy. Most towels requires water drizzle for it to grip the yoga mat but this doesn't! What's best of all is that they have a 100% life time warranty. So what ever happen to your towel even if its your fault, they'll replace it! Although they only have 1 color, they can pair up with any color yoga mat you have!

The nonslip yoga towel is great for hot yoga class. I've used other towels in the past where I've had to constantly readjust the mat which would often ruin my practice. Luckily, I found this yoga towel and haven't had this issue since! The mat has a soft side to practice on and the other side is a non-slip grippy material that doesn't come off in the wash! It's been a joy to practice with since I can' move from pose to pose without worrying about my mat slipping all over the place! This company is great to work with! The best part is they focus on using sustainable products, which I am always a huge supporter of. I love Zen Active!

I used to bring my own mat to cover the default one at the yoga studio, both for more traction and so I don't 'exchange' perspiration with the prevoius/next users.This Yoga Towel is genious. It offers much better grip than the mat I had, wicks up my perspiration, and packs small enough to fit into my gym bag (as opposed to carrying a mini foam bazooka around). Thanks Zen Active, for such a wonderful product. :)

The top is not as non-slip as I was looking for when it is dry. My feet still slip during Triangle pose unless I purposely make the mat wet under my feet. I also wish the color was darker or lighter because a full body imprint appears on the towel after laying down...a little embarrassing...but I am over it already. Other than those two things, the towel is great! It dries fast and doesn't hold any smells, which is great when you are face down on the mat. Even after washing the bottom still has the same degree of non-slip tread (which really does help, my feet just can't hold onto the top...which is probably my fault anyway). It is made with great quailty and I can tell that they care about their product and it is going to last a long time!

This is my third yoga mat towel and I have to say, after today's power hour class this is the best yoga towel I have purchased. This towel soaks up moisture and continues to perform. Paired with a Zen Active yoga mat this is an awesome product. I would recommend this towel to any and all and the price is amazing as well. Great job Zen Active.Namaste!

YES! I have been through a couple of yoga mats claiming to not be slippery. After a while, I just thought I was a sweat bucket and there was nothing I could do about it. THIS BABY works. I lay it out over my entire mat (my feet get slippery too) and I haven't had a problem with a slippery mat since! It does not interfere with my practice in any way. Very highly recommended for those with sweaty palms and feet!
