Classroom Infrared Pen for the Wii Remote Interactive Whiteboard

Generally speaking, this IR pen does what it needs to; mine came with a depleted battery I had no idea how to switch, there were no instructions or anything in the package other than my invoice and the item. Once I found out how to replace the battery, the unit worked fine. I figure it wasn't even worth the try returning it or asking for an exchange due to the item's price. I gave this a 3 star just because of the lack of instructions and the dead battery, otherwise it would have been a 4.

The pen does work very well with the Wii Remote for the Interactive Whiteboard idea. The only downside to this is that the button to push to activate the infrared light is sticking too far out, making it uncomfortable to handle in some cases as well as difficult to place in a pocket or something similar.

It not function like a need. It have to installs a wii remote and I don't want to do that with my computer and white board.

The pen is OK but I think that a short manual for change the battery would be neccesary. Thanks a lot

I have not been able to get it to work consistently on the whiteboard in my classroom. We are still trying to make it work. It has been a frustrating experience for myself and my students.
