It was good to start with but after few weeks, had to send it back due to a very loud buzzing noise (not enviromental noise which is normal) in the monitor that also could be heard from camera. The only way to stop was having no volume on unabling me to listen up for my child as buzz was very loud even with the small volume. Very disappointed as really needed it for my baby.

Bought this camera after reading some good reviews. However after a few weeks an annoying buzzing sound came from the monitor that i couldnt get rid of witjout turning off the sound. I turned the monitor off at plug and it never turned on again. Would like to return but don't know how to.

Picture quality is decent but signal quality is poor. I live in a two bedroom flat and signal drops often from the camera located in other room. It’s frustrating that we can’t use the monitor

Lasted well for 2 months as I started using it when my baby moved to his own room at night. Awful buzzing noise started and only disappeared when sound was muted then connection was faulty. Couldn't connect camera anymore to the monitor. Camera became very hot too! Seems a lot of money for poor quality. Would like a refund

Terrible! We bought it a while ago and now using it as my baby is 3months old and napping in another room. The sound is horrendous and fuzzy which means I cant use the speaker on it or hear her cry properly. I just hear interference! I want a refund but don't know how to contact the seller.

To set up simply plug in the camera via the mains and switch on the handheld screen. Both should automatically connect and you are good to go. The screen unit can be charged using the charger provided and then used wirelessly for hours once fully charged.All of the functions can be accessed using the handheld screens buttons and menus are quick and simple to navigate through.All in all this is a simple yet affective baby monitor thats packed full of features and dles the job it was designed to do at a reasonable price.

Bought this so we can keep an eye on my niece when we're asked to babysit. I'm not much of an expert in this field but the picture is clear, the camera is able to swivel, and I can hear her through the monitor which are all brilliant. Plus its cheaper than the others that are on the market.My sister did mention that its better than her branded one at home for the fact the charger is able to use on both the monitor and camera.
