I ordered two brands of pockets for each of my crutches and so glad it did! This one is great and I use more because of the convenient sized pockets. I usually have my full sized iPad in one pocket and my Kindle Paperwhite in the other!! It would be better if the Velcro fasteners ran the length of the pockets to really make them secure, but I have not had any issue with this as other customers have reported. Of the two brands I ordered, I have found this one to be the most useful and versatile. Handi Pockets are the best items to have when you are on crutches for any amount of time and cannot carry items any other way!!!

If you need to carry around an iPad, this is the product for you. It is a little precarious on the crutches, if you put something heavy on only one side it may come apart, so I put more Velcro in between the flaps and it works really well.

I purchased this to use with my crutches, thinking it would be nearly large enough for any 8.5 x 11" paper I might want to lug around the office as I recover from surgery. I was wrong about that, it's not nearly wide enough. The dimensions given are for the unfolded product (12.5 x 1 x 8.5 inches). So when it's folded over the crutch bar and secured with velcro, it's only half that size and you have two small pockets. That being said, it is very handy. I use it constantly - it holds my drink bottle (not steadily, but enough) when I go to refill it, and I drop all manner of smaller objects that need to go from point A to point B. I even used it in the supermarket since I can't carry a basket or use a cart. Bonus: it also goes over the front or side bars of a walker.I also bought a " Krutch Kaddy Crutch Accessory " for the other crutch that I'm using in lieu of a purse. That is secure, roomy and zips closed.

I just had surgery on my right foot and have to use a knee scooter, our home is small, built in 1947' so a basket was impractical, this pouch works great it fits over the handle bars and the pouches have Velcro on the back so they attach to each other which helps them stay on the scooter/crutcher/walker. It is large enough to hold an iPad on one side and a bottle of water on the other. The only improvement I would make would be Velcro at the bottom of the pouches as well as the top because on occasion one of the Velcro fasteners has come undone. If you are in this situation I highly recommend you get this product. It has made this difficult time easier.

The pockets are secured with a small piece of velcro. Wasnt very sturdy when I would walk in my crutches and almost slides off, even with items in the pocket.

I purchased these pockets when I went back to work while still on crutches. I have numerous meeting away from my office. These pockets made it easier to carry notes, pens, etc., back and forth, leaving my hands free for dealing with the crutches.They were perfect for a 3x5 note pad. They would have gotten 5 stars if I could have fit an 8.5 x 11 pad. Also they could use additional velcro down the sides.They look like they will last awhile; I would buy again for a friend rehabbing on crutches.

Got this for sister who will be on crutches for 8 weeks and she loves it. She is able to carry around the basics, phone water bottle, wallet. Didn't throw her off balance. Highly recommended!
