2-Slice Toaster, Tdbest with 7 Toast Shade Level Settings, Stainless Steel Toaster for Home and Breakfast

First of all it comes in a big box. The packing is nice. I didn't think it would be this big until I take out of the box. I tried it yesterday and I really like that feature of able to adjust 7 Toast shade level. I like level 6 shade since I like little burnt. I can put 4 slices of bread at the same so that's a plus as well. It's easy to clean. I know this might be a bit expensive for some people but I feel it's worth the money because it is great quality and has good feature which other don't have. Cons: just a big size so it takes up space.

Pop up does not come up far enough for your average English muffin or low slice of bread. Fully extended upwards, you still have to burn your fingers or dig with a knife to pull them out. Probably fine for your basic slice of Wonder Bread. Also, bottom of muffin or slice will toast more than top half, i.e. bottom burns while top is just right. Un-balanced heating elements? Like any other appliance, you don't find these things out until you use them.

Like the others have stated, it's a bit on the large side, but it toasts evenly, which is important. When I first unpackaged it, I cleaned it and plugged it in. I ran it empty for 3 cycles, as I anticipated there to be a smell when first heating, and I was correct. After 3 cycles, though, that smell has dissipated and I've used the toaster now only a half dozen times or so, but it makes perfectly good toast. I've got the setting on 2, and it browns nicely. On 3, it's much darker than I like and over 3, it'll burn the toast. Overall though, super happy with the purchase.

This toaster looks like an Airstream trailer that got rear-ended...It works ok, but it doesn't have the kind-of matt finish like in the pics, but instead it sports that shiny cheapo brushed stainless that shows every ripple, and it looks like a bit too much pressure when they smashed 'em together over in Chinaville..Still better than some plastic ones for close to the same $$..Pretty blue lights, a big ol' lever to push down, fairly large on the counter, but not giant. Cleans easy.In both slots,, it toasts one side darker than the other, by a shade or two, but for the price, I can live with that. - I've spent more on a toaster, and got worse - like the one I threw away when I got this one!All in all, it ain't perfect, but it's ok. And, knowing what I know afyter owning one, I'd probably buy it again...

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The Toaster has a fairly large foot print, so make sure you have the counter top real estate, it also gets hot when toasting so consider having some space between other appliances and items. The brush stainless steel goes well with the other stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, only thing with stainless steel is keeping it clean from smudges and finger prints, but thats to be expected when purchasing stainless appliances.The toaster seems relatively light, but its a toaster thats mostly sationary on the counter top, no need to over engineer with add material that'll cost the consumer more $$$. The toaster looks great on the counter top with the other small appliances and it does its job, "toast bread" :PWill update review if toaster does not hold up as expected.

I am returning this toaster because it gets SO extremely hot on the outside anyone could easily be burned. I am returning it immediately and looking for one that notes that it is cool to the touch.I am not talking "a little" hot, this thing is a scorcher!

Brand new toaster and on a first try - thin white bread burnt to a crisp on 2 1/2 setting! Set off a smoke alarm! Not acceptable quality! Pure trash!
