Leaks and jams the printer to the the point printer is not able to rotate the white plastic gear thus making loud sounds and prevents printing. Also does not fit well into the cartridge, have to force the lever to lock position.

I have fully emptied 2 of these with an average of 12,000 pages per cartridge. Now on my third with a total of around 28,000 pages printed using this toner I think its safe to say it works great. I have gotten about half of the total estimated yield but that is on par with the actual Xerox toner that came with the printer. When you get to the last 15% of the toner it starts to spot on the back sides of the pages more than the Xerox cartridge did. For me this is not a problem.I did have a faulty Cartridge that I had not opened until after the return window had closed. I contacted the Do it Wiser Team and got a replacement even though it was after the return window. That is what I call great customer service. I will continue to buy this toner and recommend it to anyone who wants to save money and get great results.

The name brand was so expensive so I purchased this one. It was 1/3 the price and works great!

Defective twice, it doesnt print well and powder all over the place. The toner is good if you dont get a defective one.

While running big jobs the drum stops spinning, causing the printer to jam. Got an error message to shake toner...did so and this created a big mess. This might be fine if printing small jobs, but it can't endure big jobs without jamming my printer and needing to mess with the cartridge. This is the second time this happened with this brand. Unfortunately I had forgotten about it and reordered from a previous order.

Definitely functional. I have purchased ~5 of these and about 1/3 of the time they fail before they reach the end of life. The Drum stops spinning. You can tell when this happens by removing the toner and trying to spin the gear with your thumb it will have a lot of resistance.That said, I will keep buying them because they are still so much cheaper than the Xerox-branded ones. Almost $200 cheaper per unit.

Works as described. Prints are crisp and clean. Printer accepted cartridge like original.

I bought this high yield toner and printed about 100 pages so far, and some label printing tests.It prints pretty much same as the original toner.I will have to see if it indeed last for 24.6K pages as it claims, but overall very good quality toner.Definitely recommended.
