Showed up with a bag full of bb's with most of them loose in the box. Had no instructions and no tape on box. Haven't tried them yet but thinking maybe these are used?? Disappointing

Besides the fact that it's hard to give something the label of "a quality build" when it can't handle the 3 foot drop from my desktop to the floor. I did catch these on sale and would NOT purchase again at any price.Beyond the durability of the headsets the driver for windows adds 2 playback sources, one for stereo & one for (I suppose) voice calls. The driver that handles voice calls sounds HORRIBLE and those I spoke with on discord reported a pretty low quality from my microphone.Bottom line: There are headsets out there that are less expensive (with or without the sale price for the HI-FI's), better quality and design, and actually work well with Windows 10.Since I was hesitant about these having read reviews, I actually went ahead and purchased the extended warranty for a few bucks; I'm honestly so disgusted with the purchase that it's not even worth it to me to spend the time, effort, and shipping costs to send them in for repair or replacement.Feel free to check my other reviews, I don't hand out bad ones for no reason and this product definitely deserves ZERO stars.

Get what you pay for but they aren't bad. I got them at 50% off....funny smell that you get used to but doesn't really go away. again sound is pretty good.....oh....don't fit very well....kinda cheap cushioning material around the ears...

I love these! For the money they work great and are very comfortable. Battery lasts a long time.
