Worked as it should to replace previous flap that had shrunk. Fits perfectly, great quality, thick plastic. Simple to install, just remove some screws, take of old door, put on new door, replace screws. I would buy again.

This pet door flap made for the perfect replacement for the one we had. Our old one was weathered and warped, and I didn't realise how dirty it had become until I swapped it out for a new. It was easy to assemble and has held up well over the last 1 year+. It is sturdy and well made, so I have no concerns about it getting damaged or needing to be replaced any time soon. It seals well, given its size and weight.

This was exactly what I expected. I own multiple dogs and when they are in their own fenced yard, they have their own climate controlled building with the compatible pet door. The big drawback on this type or door is that if the dogs aren't reliable about chewing on things they shouldn't, they can chew and tear this right off. Mine (golden retrievers) unfortunately tore this off the same day that put the new flap on.

This just arrived. I was a little worried because most of the 1-star reviews said it was not an exact replacement and was about a half an inch too short. Mine fit perfectly. Took less than 5 minutes to install and now provides a much better seal than the one I replace. Cost a bit more than I thought it should, but hopefully it will last as long as the original.

Great product! I Have 2 large dogs who are in and out around the clock. I've Had this door 10 years, Finally had to replace the flap for the 1st time. Only took about 15minutes to install (probably less with 2 people) it does come with instructions if you need them.I did reinforce the top with waterproof tape to hopefully help prevent cracking. After a few years (7 years for me) it doesn't seal as well & the top begins to crack. Overall well worth the money. Thanks Ideal Pet for excellent quality products. Highly recommend.

Good to find a company which provides replacement parts - in this case a plastic flap for a dog door. Delivery was prompt and the installation was easy.

Easy to install and fits perfectly, hope this one lasts longer than the original one did. However it was -35 without windchill the day the original snapped off.
