A Bollywood film directed by Manmohan Desai. A coolie is luggage carrier at a train station, someone who is seen as an outcast of society. Iqbal loses his family when he is just a child and grows up to fight to protect, defend and uphold the rights of the Coolies, for they become the only family he has.
