Shule introduces the heart of Italy with freshly made pasta in your own home. The pasta machine is made from high quality aluminum rollers and cutters with stainless steel 430 covers. It comes with a stainless steel hand crank with plastic handle to let the pasta roll and turn it into different types of pasta. It also has an adjustable clamp to secure the pasta maker in place. To make the pasta, prepare the dough and flatten it out, the pasta maker have 7 different thickness options for the pasta dough ranging from 0.5mm to 3mm.

Rolller is fine but the cutter does not work well.
My biggest complaint is that the cutting side of it doesn't cut the pasta well at all. The spaghetti size cutters do not cut the pasta all the way through so you don't get individual strands. You have to pull them apart yourself. Same with the fettuccine size. I'm considering returning it.

Hard to use by yourself.
It's a quality product. Steel. Heavy. I clamped it down to the table.I bought it to roll thin dough for pirogen, ravioli, knishes. It is hard to fit your hand in the small space where the dough emerges, made for Lilliputians. Many of these machines are probably too small where they output the dough, but this one is particularly small so you have to work fast to catch the dough before it gets bunched up. If you can get a friend to help you, one can feed the dough, while the other catches it.The roller should have been further out from the machine, just like the pasta cutter on the other side is, so that you can catch the dough yourself easily before it clumps into a pile at the bottom.I managed to roll a perfectly thin dough out, and fed the machine and rolled it and caught the dough in time for it to come out picture perfect, but it was far too challenging and inefficient. I thought buying this machine would make things easier, but it made things much harder.I will go back to using a rolling pin and board!

Son really wanted one
This product was a gift for my son. He has not used it yet but seemed to like it when I gave it to him. He wants to make pasta so he knows what goes in it instead of buying dried, sit on the shelf, pasta.

Works great was confusing at first
Great product works just as it ahould only problem is the numbers on the dial were stamped on the wrong part of the thickness adjustment so you have to eyeball the thickness you want to use

Get what you paid for
In terms of pasta press it’s fine and a good value. The clamp that holds it to table or countertop on the other hand is useless. It’s flimsy and doesn’t all the pasta maker to secure properly to countertop so it just constantly falls off

Not just for pasta making
It is actually multifunctional. Any dough you wanna roll, it will work. You can make dumpling flats too.I am glad to have it. It is really useful

Simple and straightforward
Very straightforward and easy to use! Only issue was that the clamp to hold it to a surface was very necessary, but kind of a pain to use.
