I use this for lower back pain relief when my back issues flare up. I have two bad discs, arthritis, and stenosis. This product does just what it says...it gives "FAST PAIN RELIEF". Plus, it enables me to sleep through the night when I need to use it. Per doctor's orders, I've had physical therapy, massage therapy, steroids (hopefully never again!), other anti-inflammatory RX's, but nothing gives me relief like FREEZE IT does. This product has made such a difference in my life. I don't need to use it as often as a few years ago, but I highly recommend it to anyone with chronic back pain. At least give it a try!!!

I have used this brand for many years. The pain goes away immediately. Good for knee, back, leg, neck and shoulder pain and headaches, but one has to be very careful when applying it to the forehead.

I use this gel for relief from muscle pain in my ham strings and anywhere else I have muscle soreness. It's similar to Biofreeze, which seems to be the gel-of- choice for chiropractors and massage therapists around here. Both gels work equally well for me.
