If you like the sound of babbling water, this is perfect for you. I personally find it very soothing and it isn't excessively loud. This looks identical to a diffuser in a boutique near my house that was being sold for about triple the price, so I decided to try this one out.It's super classic looking, blends in, doesn't have any ugly writing on it, and is overall very aesthetically pleasing.As far as how it works, I haven't had any problems and I've had it for a few months. We use it a few times a week and it definitely does a good job of dispersing the scent. My recommendation is if you're ever feeling congested, add a couple drops of eucalyptus and peppermint to it and it'll get you breathing in no time!

I love this diffuser. I bought two a white & black one. The cord for the white diffuser now has a short in it and will not work. Is there anyway I can have a new cord sent to me ??

Update 2/27/19: This diffuser has been returned. Unfortunately, I did not realize when I left my initial review how unstable this diffuser is due to poor design. Per the photo I've included you can see that the diffuser plugs in on the bottom. There are only three feet on the diffuser and due to the plug being too thick, the foot closest to the plug does not make contact with whatever surface the diffuser is set on causing it to wobble.The simple, white design of this diffuser matches my decor without looking cheap in any way and so far, it works well putting out a fine mist and is quiet running. As I use this in a hallway, I only added six drops of essential oil to the reservoir which seems the perfect amount for such a small space. The only downside so far is that it only offers one light color choice and that is just a plain white with no filter. It was however, my mistake for not realizing this diffuser did not offer different options for the light and is not a flaw.

At first I said I wouldn't recommend this product. Worked fine for 2 months, then stopped suddenly. I wouldn't have given it any stars considering the price. I wanted to return it. I have to say the customer service is very good. I received a response right away after my review and they sent me another diffuser. I have amended my review because this is an attractive device and the customer service is outstanding.

I was looking at the Vitruvi diffuser for months but couldn’t bring myself to pay $120 for an oil diffuser. So glad I found this one for a fraction of the cost! I honestly do not know what the difference is, this iHeoco is a perfect dupe. One of my friends came over and actually said “omg you got it!!” when she saw it. It looks super chic on my shelf and works great, I love it.

I’ve purchased 3 of these for my home. They can be difficult to turn on...short in the wire?...power button sometimes has to be clicked multiple times before working. One in particular seems to have stopped working all together. For a while it worked for minutes and then shut off, but I purchased about 2 months ago, and the diffuser will not turn on at all. Power buttons seem to have stopped working entirely. Diffuser is beautiful and solid and more affordable compared to Virtruvi brand of same style. But still a higher end diffuser that isn’t working.

Not what I expected. This is small. Does what it says but, small.

We moved into an older home in the woods of TN and one particular room picks up the outdoor mustiness of the summer. I went through all the diffusers available on amazon but this one jumped out at me as safe and easy to use and we liked the stone porcelain rather than something that would break down. I ordered plant therapy essential oils and loved the grapefruit and cinnamon bark. One tip, you need to put in more drops than stated because the aroma fills the room and does the job! The diffuser has not disappointed and we highly recommend. I already purchased another for my sister who moved into an older condo that needed help!
