I was looking for something out of my normal (brand name) body wash and shampoo and my monthly subscription boxes. Rugged & Dapper provided me with products that I will use time and time again. The shampoo/body wash smells fresh and clean and not like a cheap cologne like most others. The face wash really cleared up my skin after just a few days and the facial moisturizer on top of that made my face feel smooth and clean all day, without an oily residue. I used all the products the first day I got it, including the shaving cream that helped me get a close shave with no irritation, and will continue to use every day. I look forward to my next purchase, and will definitely be exploring the other products they have to offer. 10/10 will recommend to others!!

Nice gift set! I bought two sets, one for my husband and one for my son-in-law. Products don’t have a strong, over powering scent, just a nice, subtle clean smell so they don’t compete with my husbands cologne. The face lotion does not leave a heavy, greasy film on the face.

I have been using their face-wash for a 2,3 years. Even though I didn't need other things in this deal but they were well worth it. My skin is very reactive to skin products and i hardly buy anything due to this reason. However, this face wash breaks out my skin a lot less. A good buy!

I bought this as a present for my boyfriend and I absolutely love it! I am obsessed with the packaging and how expensive it looks! The bag it comes in is such good quality as well! This is the perfect kit for a man that wants to start taking care of his skin but isn’t sure what to buy. Will definitely be purchasing more of these!

I am very impressed with this line up. Very revitalizing and really awakens the senses. It leaves my skin and hair feeling clean, fresh and smooth. I really enjoy these products and look forward to ordering again as soon as I’m out!

The facial cleanser, facial moisturizer, and combo body wash and shampoo work well and have a light, inoffensive fresh fragrance. The facial cleanser contains jojoba beads for light mechanical exfoliation. The facial moisturizer contains isopropyl palm oil and I try to avoid any products with palm oil because its production is destroying habitat and driving multiple species to extinction. The shaving cream is just okay, not really moisturizing as claimed.The dopp kit is made in India of organic cotton canvas in a fair-trade certified factory with a water-resistant lining. It's barely large enough to hold the included products. It is okay, but since so many men's toiletries come with a dopp kit, most likely unneeded and just a waste of human labor and raw materials plus shipping, etc.Overall, three out of four of the products are okay. They seem very much overpriced as none of them are individually worth $20 and there should be a discount for buying a set.

This is one of the few men skincare lines worth your money. The ingredients are truly impressive and the prize is very reasonable (considering they come in a 4 oz container). I wish their customer service was better though. Still, worth buying.

I’d like to return these products. Don’t be fooled by the attractive branding. First off, my products also arrived open as other reviews have mentioned. The seal on the box was broken and a few of the seals on the products themselves were partially open as well. That didn’t stop me from using the products but my disappointment didn’t stop there. I started off using the body/hair wash. The suds were ok but the smell was underwhelming. You can barely smell anything so the fragrance is just not there. Then I used the face scrub. The suds were nice, but there are not nearly enough of the scrubbing beads to make any difference. The smell, again, underwhelming. After rinsing my face off, my skin still felt oily. So it didn’t do a good job cleaning my face. It’s basically thick water you are dealing with. Lastly I used the face lotion and other than the fact the fragrance, again, not strong enough, it did a good job moisturizer. I do not recommend these products and I wish I had never purchased them.
