Travel Foldable Electric Kettle, Portable Mini Camping Kettle, Food Grade Silicone, 110-240V 600ML (Blue)

I love to travel with my pour over coffee supplies but couldn't find a compact travel kettle to heat water and the hotel mini coffee pots weren't getting it done. With much testing, this electric kettle is amazing!. I packs smaller than any other kettle I could find. It heats up quick and holds the temperature. There's not english words on the controls so save the instructions :-) but the kettle is AMAZING and cleaver in design.

I purchased this less than a year ago and have only used it with the power cord as I was in NZ so no adapters were needed. The device was supposed to have come with world adapters but did not, so I am dropping my star rating as I have to purchase them separately. Additionally, the documentation mentions a voltage switch on the base of the device but my unit does not have that option. I’m assuming that perhaps the model I am using converts automatically as it is labeled as 100-240v / 245-850w. I have not had the chance to try that yet but if that is so, then this travel kettle is fantastic. Heats up quickly and folds down to a nice compact size. Perfect for travel and for those on the go.

When I have used this kettle, it has taken 14-15 minutes to boil the 0.6 liter capacity of water. This is dramatically slower than boiling water in 4-5 minutes that is claimed in the description.The ability to see the temperature of the water is great yet it should be noted that the temperature control functionality (setting the kettle to a temperature) is for a range of 30-90 degrees celsius, just shy of the temperature I need to make pour over coffee. I am contemplating returning it but it is unclear if other options will be better. I am disappointed :/
