ZMJH Electronic Bidet Toilet Seat with Warm Water Air Drying Function,Feminine Wash Power Saving Bidet (White Round Type)

The media could not be loaded.  I have been looking for a electronic toilet bidet for a long time since I used once at one of my friends’ home. I have never seen this brand ZMJH before. Comparing to TOTO or other Japanese brand, I was not sure if I made a right decision or not until I opened box. The finish, touch and design don’t look cheap at all.The seat installation is quite easy. You can check out any YouTube videos for instructions if needed. They are all pretty much the same: remove the old seat; install the fixing plastic plate; then slide in the new seat.The package came with a 1/2” valve to connect the seat and the inlet water hose. Unfortunately my inlet valve is 3/8”, and I ended up having to make a trip to Home Depot to replace with 1/2” valve and matching hose.The seat came with a wall mount remote as well. There are quite a few functions and I am still in the process of exploring them.Every single one in my family is happy to experience the new gadget.

This seat was a nightmare to hook up, since all the connections are 1/2" I had to rig the connection by going to Ace about 10 times. After 3 months- no water comes out. I tried to contact the seller and they responded with a cryptic note asking if it was always broken, I said no it just died, and crickets, no response. My next step is to contact Amazon, for 300 bucks it should work for longer than 3 months !!!!

It was not off a good start after installation. Unit had working water source to the tank and bidet, but it's internal bidet tank was not filling up. After no less then 10 power cycles, still nothing. Fiddling around with the unit, I found out if you hold the bidet button down for a moment it seems to cycle the unit in some way. After doing this twice, unit was still not working as I walked away to write a 1 star review, the unit took water and now works. So I'll give 3 stars for taking two hours of my time to get it to work.One other item, for less then 5 stars, the drain plug was removed once and screwed back into unit and is now stripped.

no paperwork for warranty , not sure how if need to get repair, hope never to have to. I do love it more every day.

Hose doesnt fit in inlet. Didnt say toilet type. I have a 1 piece and its too long. Lack of directions is ridiculous. Was looking forward to this but i think a return is in order and a different brand thats more known will be ordered. Very disappointing.

Love my bidet! Works great..... easy to install - electrical outlet is necessary to have close by.
