A great co op games love it plenty of action easy to play .Some of the old games are some of the best.Hd remake would be nice.

After being disappointed with Final Fight: Streetwise, I was looking for a decent brawler for the original Xbox.Although being a brawler junkie, I had previously never heard about Spikeout. I then discovered a YouTube video with a playthrough of the original 1998 arcade game. Spikeout may not be as good as Sega's better-known brawler series such as Dynamite Deka or Streets of Rage, but for brawling fans like me it's still a worthy romp.Spikeout: Battle Street is the sequel to the 1998 arcade that takes place 10 years later, with 15-year old Spike Jr- the son of the original main protagonist returning to defend his hometown against NeoInferno. You have the options of playing through the story mode or arcade. Playing through storymode will unlock a few new stages and characters along with showing the soap opera-style plot unfold. There are no continues, however, and I am ashamed to say that it took me several tries on easy mode to finally beat it. The arcade mode offers the story-free version with continues.The controls are fine; you can either use the thumbstick or d-pad, and there are different control schemes. There is no option to customize. Each character has their own unique stock of moves with several having almost the same special move.The graphics are cartoonish but they work and help to give the game it's own unique feel.

Its a fun and exciting game that keeps me occupied for hours upon hours that's the only game that i play through out the day
