MY order was missing the wheels, ok we rectified that with a partial refund and i bought my own wheels, padding in the arm rests went flat, uneven lean back in the chair, and then recently one of the 5 legs broke and ejected me from the chair. all of this with in 90 days

Lots of pieces and a little time to put together but looks good and vibrates nicely. Seems to have started a little lean to the left, but that could be the way I sit and my fat butt. Haha

My wife loves her I was concerned about the build quality but she says that it is very comfortable and she loves the massage function. I think that there could be more comfort settings however she thinks it’s fantastic

The chair is exactly as described. Easily put together and comfortable.
