We used this for an adult Aladdin costume. This material is good. It was slightly smaller than needed but it did not have to be pulled closed.

I bought this vest for a cowboy outfit and was a little scared when I opened it. At first, it looks like a plain brown vest that retail workers use. For costume, I thought I was going to have to embellish it to make it look more western. I then tired it on with the rest of my outfit and was in love. Even though it wasn't covered in cowhide and fringe, it tied my outfit together perfectly. It was exactly what I was looking for but didn't know it. All I actually put on my vest was a sheriff star. I feel like if I had embellished it or gotten something more "western" my costume would look too much like a cartoon or like a suit straight from the value bin.All in all it is plain, yes ,but absolutely versatile and does the jobThe material of the vest is lightweight but not silky soft. There is no stretch and has no closures. Although this all sounds a little negative, I assure you I adore it.

I ended up wearing it around the house because it's lightweight and comfy. Cant say much else. Somewhat stiff though and doesn't look like something for everyday street use. Costumes only

I used the vest as part of a Toad from Nintendo costume and it received compliments. Blue color was just like advertised, sturdy, fit as expected and I could move in it while shouting “I’m the best” in a Toad voice up and down the street with my child as he trick or treated. Thanks again!

One size smaller than what shirt size you normally wear. Perfect color and design for a blockbuster, geni, or Jimmy Junior halloween costume. Does not smell bad at all but would still recommend washing prior to wear.

After washing the material is wrinkled and the wrinkles do not come out. You cannot iron the material. Completely useless.

Size perfect for for child’s play. Sturdy, good material.

It was true to size and it was sewn very well. We actually machine washed it on the delicate cycle the first time to get the "polyester" smell out of it and no signs of fraying. This was for a costume so it worked out perfectly. Very pleased for the money!
