retail card had conflicting name: "OIL FILTER WRENCH" has a 9" graphic on it too that usually stands for 9 inch which makes no sense. I was expecting the bent steel hooks to be the failure point other reviewers were talking about but nope that survived the part the failed is the machined cast iron/steel cross beam. It SHOULD be machined forged steel so it has some tensile strength but no this is very brittle. Also the T bar at the top is locked in position which makes it difficult to rotate against a fitted bonnet when trying to remove a wiper arm. It should slide freely! I had to partially remove the cars bonnet to even attempt this. While tightening the puller down there was a big bang as the cross beam failed and bits of it disappeared into the engine bay. THIS IS NOT DESIGNED OR BUILT TO PULL A CAST ALUMINIUM WIPER ARM OF A STEEL WIPER DRIVE SHAFT. It does not have the structural strength to overcome the way the two dissimilar metals bind electrochemically. Photo attached with all the broken bits I could find. One piece remains somewhere in the engine bay. Hope it does not cause any harm in the future!

This puts so much tension on the alloy part I am trying to pull off that the alloy, which won't pull starts to tear. This is not the fault of the puller. If it was designed specifically for a small round insert from a windscreen wiper I would say it was a design fault. Perhaps the ends of the puller arms could be a bit wider, or have curved adapters to fit round different diameter shafts. It is however a good multipurpose puller.

Worked like a dream, delivery was fast. The quality seemed fine. Had both wiper arms on my Nissan Micra seized on solid. This puller got them off with no major grief. Excellent.

Had my head in my hands when I fitted the rear wiper to my daughters car at the wrong angle and couldn't get it off again.This did the trick and worked getting the corroded wiper arm bush off my car.Turns a 20 minute job into a 20 second job.Handy.

Bought this product in Feb and decided to change my wipers for a service and ready for the winter but when I used them they just broke so I am not happy very poor quality would not recommend this product photo to show if required

Appalling, broken very first use, wish I had read the other reviews on how poor the quality is. Contacted the seller and they offered me a £2 refund if I wanted to keep it. Eventually got a full refund. Don’t buy this it is very poor quality

Worked perfect for my wiper blade arm removal. Sturdy enough for removing these, but may struggle with really heavy jobs. Cant complain for the price though.
