SunSpire Fair Trade Dark Chocolate SunDrops, 10 Ounce

We try to avoid products with white sugar (organic or not) in them and really liked the idea that these are grain sweetened, so we thought we'd give them a try. They are delicious! The plan was to make cookies, however we ate about half of them right out of the bag. Used the rest to make homemade chocolate chip ice cream. We will be buying these again and hopefully next time we can get some cookies made before we tackle the bag. Maybe I should just order two bags....

These are incredible! To me, they taste a lot better than regular white chocolate. So smooth and creamy, and they don't give me that weird coating on my throat that regular white chocolate does. I used these in a bundt cake recipe that required melted white chocolate chips for a drizzle over the cake. I got the recipe from a blog, and many people were complaining that the chips did not melt properly. I had no problem with this brand. I also used them in the batter, and they held their shape nicely during baking. Now, if only they were cheaper! But I guess you can't have everything.

I was recently diagnosed as allergic to chocolate (which is horrible news since I love it so much). I bought these as a substitute. These certainly won't fool you if you are expecting a chocolate taste, but they look like chocolate and if you mix them with something else they aren't bad and will somewhat give you the sensation of chocolate.I will say that while I would eat a crazy amount of chocolate in one sitting if given the opportunity, I only want a few of these.

My mouth waters just looking at a bag these. I put the Carob Chips in a jar and grab a few when I am craving something sweet. They are unsweetened but carob is naturally sweet. They are less sweet then milk chocolate chips but certainly nothing like unsweetened chocolate. Really yummy plain or added to baked goods.

In my quest to cut sugar out of my diet, I was delighted to find these chocolate chips. They are by far the best tasting sugar free chips out there. I used them to make dessert teats and they taste as good, if not better than the chocolate chips with sugar. Hard to find, but well worth the search and extra cost!!

Couldn't find these in any stores nearby so I was happy to find them here. I bought them to make some chocolate chip cookies for a friend who is not eating refined sugar, and they tasted just like the real thing. Great find.

These are a great replacement for chocolate chips for me. Keep in mind, they don't exactly taste like chocolate! But buried in some hot oatmeal, they melt and taste pretty good. I'd recommend them if you are looking for something healthier than chocolate chips, though you should know they won't taste exactly the same!

I have ordered this before from Amazon, usually every month and they are usually very good and normal. The order I received today of 10 bags are not good. I believe the bags have been left in the heat somewhere and are terrible and old even though the expiration date is not until next year. I believe these were not stored in a place that was acceptable for chocolate.
