500 Piece Compact Puzzler Portable Sorting and Storage System

Really great quality! Travel size. Super teeny tiny puzzle pieces in the included puzzle. Has a clear cover that slides over the top. I started the puzzle from the bottom so I could store the puzzler on its side and the pieces wouldn't slide all over.I would luv to buy one of these in a Larger size that would fit more standard dimensions.

Be careful when ordering this product. It states 500 pc. puzzle but it's for micro puzzles.

This seems like a great product, however, I think it's very misleading when the manufacturer advertises something that is clearly not the norm trying to capitalize on a selling point. In this case, it's advertised as a 500 piece puzzle system and while it does say "compact" it lead me to believe that overall the design itself was compact, not that the pieces were compact. I mean there is NO way this thing would accommodate a normal 500 piece puzzle. I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and it probably will only accommodate one of her 50 piece Disney puzzles. They probably should have eliminated the number of pieces from the size, which, can very from puzzle to puzzle and instead focused more on the working surface area of the system in order to give a better understanding of the true size to the consumer.

Size is very misleading! This is tiny and would only work for tiny tiny puzzles.

I love these puzzles! Of course the pieces are small! How could 500 pcs in a 9" x 12" puzzle not have small pieces? But the main point is that it is SMALL. Great for travelling and/or apartment living. The pieces are sturdy and fit together nicely. The sorting trays, that pull out of each end, close with a 'click' and stay closed. It has a clear, hard plastic cover. Your puzzle is compact and protected when you're not working on it. I have both the Neuschwanstein Castle and the Cat with Flowers. If I ever find one with a different picture, I'd buy it in a minute. I wish someone would start making them again.

Best mini puzzle around. I love the fact that it has separate trays for storing the pieces, slide in cover, and a stand. Great for traveling.

Although I really like the idea of a self contained (storage included) puzzle-- the size is great as I do not have a place to do puzzles and leave them out until done-- I would not have purchased if I knew that the company went out of business and you can not find or purchase any puzzles that go with this. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

Today is 10/23/2013. I just purchased "Compact Puzzler" for $19.95 plus tax at Barnes and Noble in Schaumburg, IL on Golf Rd. Don't waste your money here. It's a great thing for small places. I don't have table space to do a big puzzle. I love puzzles and have been downsizing living space every couple of years. As each place is smaller and smaller, I've had to give up my love of jigsaw puzzles. This is perfect. I'm so glad I found it. I can now re-enjoy one of my favorite hobbies and I can take it anywhere as it is contained in its own travel case. 11 1/2 inches wide x 9 1/2 inches long x 1 inch thick. Very compact, easy and flat to put in a suite case if you travel.
