MAYTEX Smart Easy Install Café Window Rod, 18-48 Inches, Oil Rubbed Bronze

We have a tiny window in our downstairs powder room. I wanted an unobtrusive curtain rod that still looked nice and was sturdy enough to hold up to our rather hard-wearing family. This unit fit the bill. It was a little fiddly to get installed, just from the standpoint that you have to have the curtains in place before securing it on the second side. Other than that, I really like it. It hasn't shown any signs of failure despite whipping Colorado winds and a lot of rough-and-tumble people. I'd definitely buy a second one if I needed it.

Yes they were a poor design. Basically you end up screwing them in to the wall. The goal was not to have to go through that. It’s a great idea but poor design.,
