Awesome choice, bright beautiful bulbs!!!
Got these LED bulbs (pack of 6) for replacing old CFLs in the kitchen. The package arrived without any damage and the bulbs were individually packed. Installed them today and couldn’t be more happier. They are looking awesome bright and beautiful! Definitely a bit brighter vs. old CFL (see the picture). The installation took 20 minutes or so for all 6 (direct replacement, no messing with ballast bypass) and was smooth except for the painful act of removing the old 4-pin CFL bulbs. The new LED bulbs have strong plastic casing where as CFL is all glass, so removing CFL took more care. I don’t care about dimming as these are in kitchen, so can’t comment on it. Also no read yet on longevity of these bulbs. But I’m super thrilled about the decision to get these LED bulbs. Costed me about 9 bucks per bulb but it’s totally worth it imho.

Excellent LED lamps
Awesome LED bulbs from Phillips. After learning 'the hard way' I refuse to purchase / install cheap 'dollar store' (or off-brand hardware store) LEDs.These are also labelled on the bulb 'Suitable for Damp Locations' (See Photo - this should be added to the amazon description).I've installed two of the six (replacing one CFL and one Satco LED) into the laundry and the results are great, superior to either of the others. The 3500K is bright and clear while doing laundry without being harsh. The bulb is slightly less tall than the CFL it replaced (see photo). Also, this bulb fits well into the recessed fixture.

I replaced my fluorescent bulbs for these LEDs and they WORKED!
The media could not be loaded. I don’t usually give that many reviews on Amazon but after extensive research on YouTube and Amazon, I decided to try these out. I have a building with almost 200 G24Q/GX24Q base fluorescent bulbs and electric bill for a 20k sq ft building is VERY HIGH. I don’t know ANYTHING about maintenance and IKEA is my limit as a handyman. These bulbs are EASY. Literally replace bulbs. No bypassing ballasts, no cutting wires, NOTHING. Just remove your bulb and install the new ones. Takes less than 20 seconds. I replaced over 60 bulbs today and plan to replace the rest of the building this week. Next plan, replace my Fluorescent T8. I think I have over 500 in my building.

Bright yes, dimmable no
These lights were easy to install and provide bright lights to our kitchen area. They are a great improvement over the slow to start CFL lights that have been in since we purchased the home. They are actually brighter than expected and I would love to be able to dim them when wanted but the dimmer I bought (Leviton slide dimmer) does not work with these bulbs. I'm reluctant to purchase another dimmer since other people have done that also without success. I suppose it's the ballast that causes the issue. It's too bad that Phillips isn't more up front about this and either markets a compatible dimmer or provides more information on exactly what will work with these lights.

I can see!
We bought a builder grade home in 2017. Since then we have struggled with the lighting in our bathrooms and laundry rooms. One bathroom has no window and is incredibly DARK. The halogen bulb would take eternity to heat up and still was soooo dark we couldn't see anything. I needed to bring in additional lighting for painting or even cleaning. So happy with these bulbs! Plug in to the existing sockets and give off a beautifully bright natural light that doesn't yellow the trim. I like warm lighting but not in a small dark room where I am doing tasks. This light may be too bright for a relaxing bath. But the benefit of having instant light and not having to WAIT for it to warm up for it still to be too dim is worth the trade off!

Replaced compact fluorescents. I like these better
Replaced all the compact fluorescent bulbs in my house with these. The light is brighter, a more pleasant color. They don't get hot to the touch. They use much less electricity. I'm happy.

Reliable and Relatively Cheap
I replaced all my terrible CFL ceiling bulbs with the Philips LED bulb. After nearly two years I’ve not had a single failure. The Philips is not only dimmable it’s also compatible with my existing CFL ballasts.

Wow! Great lights to replace awful CFLs
Didn’t know they made these, always hated replacing CFLs since they can break easily. Best tip to remove them is get a paint can opener to apply pressure at the base and pull with your other hand. These Philips don’t need time to warm up. For over the kitchen I got 3500 temp, I would not use anything brighter as these are max brightness I would want in anything other than a garage. Install takes seconds, highly recommend these!
