What do you use to remove the makeup from the head? Regular makeup remover?

Yes, we’ve been using makeup remover and soap. Using the latex base first helps with any staining on the surface.

Is it best to purchase a stand or tripod for the mannequin head?

A stand works best. My daughter has it on a desk and has no issues using it at all.
