Not 100% shea butter
This is cut with something like an oil, because it's too smooth. 100% shea butter is way more firm than this and you cant just rub it on like you can this stuff. Used it to make my lip balm recipe ive made for years, and they turned out way too soft. Yet ANOTHER garbage seller from amazon selling garbage stuff. This is my last year of prime.

Weight of product is off and very misleading!
Description is very inaccurate! States 32oz in main listing. Then if you read below it says "about" 2lbs (30oz). Had me curious so I actually weighed it. 28.46oz is what it actually came in the tub and that weight included the tub. Product weight should not include the container! Very misleading and unprofessional! I will just stick to my local store that weighs accurately.

Deeply Dissapointed
Instead of the nutty shea butter scent I am used to, I noticed an odor of what I would describe as petroleum. A little concerned I still decided to try the product on my skin. After a couple days of testing the product my skin I started to develop an itchy/burning sensation and now a rash. I have never experienced a reaction like this with authentic shea butter which is typically highly moisturizing and soothing. I recommend exercising caution before purchasing this product

Not the same 2nd order
We ordered this product the beginning of April, then again the beginning of August. It lasts a very long time. The first time we ordered it, it was yellow, solid, and had no cosmetic label on it. The second time we ordered, it was an off white color, creamy and had a label on it which makes me assume that there are chemicals in this product not listed on the label. Not sure if we're going to keep it. We also went to "buy again", so it should have been the same exact product and was not.

I don’t understand these low ratings. 100% Shea butter, unbroken container, VERY SATISFIED
First off, My product in no way came damaged. Perfect condition 100%. No sinkholes. No miscolouring, container it came it was wrapped in bubble wrap and unbroken. It is pure Shea butter. Solid at cold temperatures, melts when warmed, smells like shea butter, feels like shea butter. I felt i had to write this review because some of the others made me very hesitant to buy but i took a chance anyway and was glad that i did.

Not what’s seen in the picture
I did not receive what was listed here. I have a different container of shea butter. It even feels softer than the original, like it had been cut with vaseline or something.

Not bad, but won't buy again.
Honestly this product was great! I use it with coco butter, aloe vera juice, hibiscus, and other oils to make my body butter/hair sealent that I use for everything. It lasted a pretty long time. However when I got it the bottom was broken a little, but I didnt notice it until I was halfway done with the product.That being said I wouldnt buy it again because it's not organic. I found another product that is similar and organic.

Quality and affordable
This seller is the cheapest I found so far on here and the Shea butter smells just the way it's suopposed to smell. The downside is that the container was really damaged when I received the package so I have to figure out how else to store the Shea butter else it will melt and be all over the place. I gave three 3 stars because it will be quite messy trying to scoop out 32oz of Shea butter. The packaging can be better.

Buen Producto/Rosácea.
Llegó antes de lo programado, bien empaquetado; el producto viene en envase de plástico muy frágil por lo tanto a pesar de venir bien empaquetado estaba roto, lo cual no causo problema ya que lo vertí en otro contenedor sin problema, su consistencia es como si fuera cera que se derrite con el calor por frotamiento, olor a aceite de ricino, color amarillo; desconozco si sea pura, pero al aplicarla en mi cara literalmente deja una capa mantecosa, use menos producto para tener una mejor sensación en el rostro, pero no me agrado tanto, Si la aplico de noche en cara amanezco y al lavarme, noto que mi piel está más hidratada, no irrita mi piel, pero no reduce la producción de grasa en mi rostro; cabe aclarar que tengo rosácea, así que ahora sólo la aplico cuando tengo picor o irritación, y me calma; sobre todo me sirvió como tratamiento en el cabello, lo aplico abundante por la noche y después de 12 horas al lavarlo está más hidratado y manejable. Es un costo bajo y mucho producto, así que sí lo recomiendo.

Si nutre mi piel
El empaque no está cool porque ya había leído en las reseñas que llegaba roto y así fue, lo ocupo por la parte de la base ya que estaba rotoHay temporadas donde mi piel se reseca mucho y me lo pongo haciendo una mezcla con aceite puro de uva (lo compre también En Amazon) y me dura la piel súper bien una semana súper nutrida (obvio bañandome diario), aparte será duradero porque es bastante

Buen producto a bajo precio.
Mucho producto a un excelente precio.El olor es algo peculiar pero nunca antes la había probado así que desconozco si así es como huele normalmente.La utilizo en el rostro y no me saca brotes, era para lo que la quería y funcionó perfecto.También la he aplicado en el cabello y se absorbe muy bien. La recomiendo.

Buen producto.
Me pareció buena relación de calidad y precio. El olor es un poco fuerte, pero se debe a que no está refinado, pero eso hace que dé mejores resultados. La piel se siente suave y rinde mucho.

Artículo dañado
Empecé el proceso de devolución en cuanto lo abrí. Nunca había comprado a este proveedor y es la primera vez que recibo shea butter con este aspecto. Total falta de cuidado y calidad!
