Solid like a rock
Not loose and noisy like most trailer hiches. Easy to switch between 2 and 2 an 5/16 balls...looks really nice on the back of the truck....

Looks great, but the tongue is too short
While I liked the design and the price, I was unable to use this because the tongue was too short to use in the rise position due to interference with the bumper. If the tongue was even 1cm longer, it would have worked for me.

Poorly milled. Could never use. Lock pins dont fit.
Same problems everyone else is saying. The lock pins could not lock. The unit felt chinsy and fragile. Bent real easy. The two pieces had large gaps when putting them together, it made the feel real sloppy and insecure.

Solid adjustable hitch.
I am concerned with rust.I hauled a zero turn mower 50 miles and the ball had rust around the ring overnight, during summer.Easy to setup. 10,000 haul capacity seems solid for this price.
