convenient reference guide
These magnetic reference guides are perfect! Cooking times are at your fingertips without having to flip through books or search the internet. They are good quality as well. I like them so much I purchased the instant pot/pressure cooker magnetic boards to give as gifts.

Magnets are handy but.....
....some of the sous vide temps and times are not correct for me. I have had to play around, sometimes having to finish up the cooking on the stove which kinda defeats the whole purpose of sous vide cooking. They are very handy though.

Perhaps a bit basic and could have been co solidified to one smaller magnet... occupies a lot of space on fridge.

Good quality guides for cooking with sous vide
Haven’t tried my new sous vide yet, but I’m sure these cooking guidelines will work fine. I like that they’re magnetic and can stick to the refrigerator
