The result? the light cast by your headlights will fall behind the car at a rate of 250,000,000 mph. Which means your car will overtake your headlights quite quickly, and you'll be driving in the dark. You can expect a ticket for that too. is it worth the penalty points of your license just to arrive early?

are these dual beam (high beams and low in one bulb)?

They are indeed. I didn't find these bulbs to be any better or brighter than OEM, but they are like a standard headlight bulb, both high and low bram.
