Cento - Rolled Fillets Of Anchovies With Capers In Olive Oil, (10)- 2 Oz. Tins

We had ordered a pack of Seasons rolled anchovies. I opened two cans and they were spoiled. Most of the rolled anchovies were mushy and frankly didn't smell well like anchovies. I e mailed the company twice and offered to send them the unopened cans. I was concerned that they were selling a spoiled, and I believe, a very old shipment. I didn't want anyone to get sick. What I got in response was a $4 coupon. The coupon and the rest of the anchovies wound up in the trash. The Cento anchovies were exactly what I expected and were quite good. I will obviously never buy anything again from Seasons. It's a shame because I had purchased their products many times over the years.

I love anchovies but the ones rolled around a single caper are just the very best. Incomparable flavor & texture. I will be ordering more when I’ve gone through these. I cannot find them in any local store. Just flat ones. I’ve got enough of them…

I did not want the "rolled" product... my mistake. But I love them all the same.

These anchovies arrived with an expiration date of June 2024, and sure enough, they're mushy. I won't be ordering again.

These are not your usual anchovies---they are rolled around a caper, which lends an unusual sharpness

Hard to find in local stores/ very firm and nice coloring of product which means there have been no significant problems in the way product has been stored prior to shipping
