Plenty of strength

Webbing appears to be a very rugged product. Time will tell. I used their recommended 1/4" nylon "rivets". Which also appear to be strong and were simple to use.I recommend viewing several YouTube instructional videos. I found one that perfectly matched my project.The web is very stiff when cold and must be heated in hot water in order to stretch into place. I found it most efficient to cut, drill and heat 4 straps in a heavy 2 gallon pot of hot water (aprox 200 degrees). Bring the pot to your work area to limit he time the straps have to cool. Wear gloves to handle. Once a strap is removed from the water it cools quickly and become impossible to stretch into place. Eat a good breakfast before tackling this job. I did 46 straps in two 4 hour sessions. Speed improves with experience. This fix should last for years.

I purchased green and driftwood colors with plans to restrap 4 chairs and a glider myself. After putting two straps on (let's not go into all the crappy rivets i purchased that didn't work), i gave up and took the chairs to an outside service. The service said they prefer using this brand of straps so that was good. But they also informed me they use all kind of tricks of the trade to restrap chairs (heat guns and the like) and after fighting with one chair for two days ( I got two straps on), i gave up. . .But i am happy with what the company did and the way they look. . . they let me make the pattern and it came out pretty cool in my book . . .

What a job heating this and putting on ; loundger looks great.Seems heavier than original .

I got this strapping to redo some lawn chairs. After researching on how to do it on some internet sites, I decided to take a stap at it. This strapping is very stiff and even after boiling it is very non stretchy which made for some very hard work. My chairs look very nice, but I don’t think I will be doing this again as there really no way of knowing how the strapping will stretch once cut and put in boiling water. I was sort of all in after cutting my pieces off the roll. Hopefully this strap will last as long as the original straps, maybe by then I will need new chairs!

My outdoor chairs are brand new again. The strap worked very well even better than the original one. Love it.

I bought these straps to replace the seat straps on the outdoor furniture. The straps are thick so they should last a long time. I have replaced the straps on for of my chairs , this product worked out great!
