The bag itself was quite a good size, it is not completely waterproof (especially the small front pocket), but in the rain everything inside stayed dry, so I kept it.Now only having had it for 3 weeks and rarely used, I noticed it has a significant tear down the side of the stitching at the top of the bag. Not only am I not impressed with the bag, I searched for 20 minutes trying to find contact details for Lingli Xia the seller, so that I could arrange a refund and was unable to find any contact details for him apart from an address poorly written. This is why I am not forced to leave this review. I cannot recommend this bag to anyone and would like a refund. ### ⭐⭐ Update! (Not long lasting) Great backpack - chest and straps *by M***T on 22 March 2018* So I thought this was a great but, but after two months of NOT using it everyday, the shoulder strap started to rip - see photo. I have contacted the seller with no reply. It has been a week since I tried to get in touch with them.Great backpack! In fact I found out that I can just drop my normal(not waterproof backpack) right into this one. Not sure if it is long lasting as I have only owned it for a few weeks now.My only criticism is that there are no pockets on the inside at all, but again, like I already said, I can easily drop my normal backpack in this one.
