Rebel Chilli Chillionaire Extra Hot Chilli Sauce is a blend of roasted habanero peppers, vinegar and spices. Made from over 200 habaneros, the Chillionaire is made from 90% habanero and is extremely hot. We make the sauce by hand in Cork, using fresh ingredients in small batches to ensure we always achieve the highest quality. It will last at least 6 months in the fridge after opening.  Just a teaspoon of Chillionaire added to a dish serving 4 people will make the dish very hot! It is perfect to make a hot chilli con carne. It is great to add to any Mexican, or North African style dish.  About Rebel Chilli:  Paul Moore and his brother began making sauce in their mother’s kitchen and selling it at their local farmers market. Paul then took over the company when he was in college. He started supplying local stores, before supplying his products nationwide to supermarkets and other outlets. The Rebel Chilli range is handmade in Cork, Ireland.
