Calls from watch can’t be heard on my phone.
The watch was easy to set up, but somehow it won’t allow me to hear my son when I call him. He can hear me but I can’t hear him. My daughter has the same watch in pink and we haven’t had any issues with hers. I sent multiple emails to the SeTrack App POC but have not heard back so the watch can’t be used. Any suggestions?

It’s okay
GPS is very hit and miss, app is less than desirable, but does it’s job when calling.

Work okay
It's an okay product. I can call me son and he can call me or send me voice messages. But the 'Do Not Disturb' function doesnt disable the phone. That is too bad, since I cant shut that down while my young is in school.

Grandson got this last christmas and couldnt do much with it
The problem with this item is if you didnt purchase the stuff to add the calling features he wasnt interested in ithe was 8 years old when he got it

Features not the same as the pink one
Had a little trouble getting it set up with the SIM card & figuring that part out. This blue one doesn't seem to have the same features as the pink version of it, at least from what I saw using the app Setracker. Will see how it works once it is being worn by the kids.

This was a gift for my 7 yr old grandson and he did use it. The card was not received

Don’t purchase!
Awful! The SIM cards don’t work for this watch, instructions are horrible!! They said to call if problems however no contact information. Please don’t purchase this product, will be returning
