I ended up not using this faucet because I got a much smaller sink but it's really pretty and very well made.

The appearance and operation of the handle are superb. I did buy an open box item; it had a problem with the mixing valve. This was NOT a fault of ROGOVO, rather, Amazon itself as it was the reseller of a used product that had probably been returned to them. Doubtful that the reseller was able to test and resell it. ROGOVO has generously offered both another missing valve to repair the fault one as well as a brand new unit. It is out of stock at this time, with a shipping date most likely to occur mid February. I installed this on a marble countertop, Which is set on a thick plywood board, so the hole was twice as deep as a the 1" deep countertop in the illustration. So my fingers, or an ordinary sink wrench couldn't reach up Into the cavity to tighten the fixture to the marble. I had to buy a rigid wrench to reach up there & tighten the large sink nut. Other than that, it was easy to install, and the result is beautiful and function. Nice quality, Big improvement over what I had.

Good design and great quality

I originally saw this on another website for over twice the price. I love them (I bought 4). They are beautiful, and I love that when my son turns off the water, it doesn’t get everywhere. They are stunningly beautiful in person.

Looks very nice and elegant when installed. Love the handle being underneath the faucet. Make sure your sink is big enough so you don’t hit your face every time you bend down to wash.

I was impressed right out of the box. A white glove came with it as well as plumbers tape. The hoses that came with it were colour coded for hot and cold. It came with an adapter for 3/8" and 1/2" shut off valves. Lots of water pressure. My only advice is when connecting the hoses, don't over-tighten them. I hand tightened one, and used the plumber's tape on the other and it leaked. So I took the tape off, tightened it up and it was fine. We will definitely be looking at their other faucets for our master upgrade.

3 issues with these faucets.The waterlines will kink very easily, once kink, the water pressure is severely limited. It's a specially fitted waterline, not sure if you can buy one at hardware store. Another issue, you assume that if you hook up the hot water on the left side of the faucet, it will be the hot water line, guess again! Of the two faucets that I bought, only one work the way it should, so it is an educated guess.The black coating looks to be wearing off on the sharp edges and you can see the brass, time will tell if this will become a bigger issue.Another issue, it does not come with a drain plug, you need to spend extra money to buy a pop-up drain kit, these pop-ups are not cheap and easily adds 50% more to the actual cost of the faucets.They do look great with the new granite countertops.

We just moved into a new house and we needed to replace the leaky faucet. We wanted the exact fixture as it would match the other faucets in our other bathrooms. It’s been installed and works as it should. Amazon came through for me once again. So happy we were able to find an exact match.

Very nice faucet. Also very good quality, but I ended up having to return this, only because we purchased a three hole faucet sink. I hope this company creates more beautiful faucets in black that will fit a 3 hole faucet or include a plate to cover the holes.

Water leaks at the base of the single leaver, can someone help me how to fix this we love the faucets, just how do we stop the leak???
