As of 42 days after purchase, with interment use, the cable no longer works. I wont be recomending this product to anyone. If it had lasted 6 months, I would say <$15 for a magnetically removable charging cable, would be worth it.Pros:The Cable is built of sturdy NylonThe magnetic is strong, Not as strong as Magsafe but easily does the jobThe Red Color was a nice from the white grey black theme apple currently usesCons:Not %100 reliable when flipping the magnetic bit around.Doesn't always charge @85+ wattsSH*t the bed after 42 daysThe cable can't be flipped so that the magnetic bit is plugged into the power block.The LED light that lights up when the cable has power only has one color and doesn't give any indication of the level of charge on the computer.P.S. I think something in the control bit of the cable broke and since I'm out of my amazon return, I'm SOL.

Couldn't be happier with this product. Good quality cable with full USB-C capability and a very nice low profile adapter with strong magnet. Gives my MacBook 2018 the MagSafe capability I loved with my other MacBooks. This is the real deal and it took a great deal of searching Amazon but luckily I found this. Most of the others have weal magnets, bulky connectors, can't support the 87w chargers, or don't support data. I would give it 6 stars if I could. I never do reviews but this product truly deserves it.

Purchased the cable to charge my 15" MacBook Pro. First time I plugged it in it got extremely hot, then it stopped working after a week. I like he design very much, though, so I ordered a replacement. I purchased another brand, which had a 90 degrees angle on it and the magnetic part that attaches to the computer was too wide to fit a USB-A adapter in the adjacent port. Having the 90 degree angle required me to face the cable forward on the right side or make the audio port inaccessible. Similarly, placing on the left side limited the ports I had access to, depending on which direction I faced the cable. This one is much better, from a design point. Hopefully the second I receive will as per another review, although, the failure does not promote a secure feeling if this is my only option for charging on the road. I will update this to let you know.

I'm so happy to have a light back. I can't count how many times I've come back to a dead laptop because I didn't notice someone had unplugged the power cord I was using.I've been charging a late 2016 15" MBP with it and an 87 watt brick. Seems to charge as fast as before and a surface read thermometer hasn't shown that it gets unreasonably hot. It seems well constructed. I hope it lasts!

The part which goes into the notebook is very small and no worries breaking it off as with the Belkin cable I had before. - Charges well - no issues. - I just wish the magnet would be stronger like the original Mag Connector on my old MacBook. - The cable comes off easily when you move the MacBook around. - Other than that - perfect. - I even bought a second one so I have 2 cables - One at my office desk and one when I am on the road

Love not having to constantly remove plugs from my Mac. To those complaining about it only working 1 way, welcome to non apple products. And seriously, it takes 2 seconds to reverse the plug.

This is such a nice cord with strong magnet. Works as described. Reason for not getting at star is that's it's not case friendly. The magnetic side is too wide to fit if you have a phone case which I do. I have a Supcase on my Pixel 3 XL. If your the type of person that likes to rock your phone without a case then this is perfect for you.

this is just wonderful, only wish it came with 2 tips per cable, the green LED is a very nice touch to accompany that satisfying magnetic snap, dont worry its a dim light, wont bother your night sleep

Wanted to get a few more of this exact cable and tips for other devices, but just after a year, they no longer make this. Hence, I have to buy another type of product and throw this out. If it works, why not continue producing it? Ahh yes, of course... UPGRADE TO OUR NEW AND IMPROVED CRAP. Forget Digital Ant, buying a whole bunch from a cheaper competitor so I don't have to try and match later.

Very convenient to use, I'm noticing after having it a few weeks that sometimes the leads don't lineup so I have to plug and unplug it a few times to actually charge my phone. Also if your phone has USB C and fast charging this cable doesnt so fast charge, not a problem for me as I charge my phone overnight. All in all a decent purchase and worth the money

The cable was faulty and I bought something else after returning it. Stay away.

Terrible product. The plug for your phone does not stay in the phone at all, and gets pulled out when you try to remove the magnet portion. It fell out my phone while charging overnight and my phone was dead in the am. Very dissatisfied with this cable.

Cable was great for about 48 hours, easy to connect, worked every time no worries. Got home today and plugged my laptop in and got no response, the cables indicator light was flickering and has to be held at an awkward angle around 15-20 degrees to actually connect, and appears to have destroyed the usb-c outlet on a 65w charger, as that port no longer charges any device regardless of what cable is connected. Will be returning for refund, just glad it didn't kill my laptops charging port, at least i'm only down 70$ to replace the supply and not the cost of my laptop...
