Hello. We do not have a Adult X-Long at this time. These socks are sized by width and length. We recommend that the sock is long enough to fit under the entire length of the brace. Many wearers like the sock to extend past the top of the brace and fold over the outside of the brace. Measure the brace from heel to top and then reference the size chart for the appropriate length. We recommend checking with your provider to be properly measured for a correct fit. Thank you!

Q: Which size socks should I get for a young man who wears size 16 shoes? He has very large feet.

Probably the XXL socks. I got large for my husband, his shoe size is 9, and they are a little too big. The tube has no heel, so it makes it easy to adjust to fit his foot and leg.

Sorry for the delay, out of town. The socks measure about 22 inches in length. For my wife, they will reach up above her knee but I fold them over the top of her orthopedic boot about 3 inches below her knee. Hope this helps.
