People - drink your coffee and wake up!!! This is E, not D. How many ways can I say this - Bio-D-Mulsion comes in 2,000 IU to supplement your "D" - but this bottle is NOT D! This is :::*E*::: - Bio-E-Mulsion is *not* Bio-D-Mulsion - it is obviously very confusing to everyone that the names are so similar - based on the reviews I can see that people think they are talking about the vitamin D - the sun vitamin right? This is not that! I went through a bottle of the 2,000 IU Bio-D on high recommendations and when I finished, I *thought* I ordered another and have been taking the drops for 3 weeks but this morning I looked at the label and saw it was only 30 IU and I got out my reading glasses and wondered how in the world they could make such a low dose, then I came here to read reviews and it took me a good half hour to finally comprehend what I had done - the Bio-D does not come in two strengths as everyone seems to be thinking (30 IU and 2,000 IU) instead, these are TWO DIFFERENT VITAMINS. Bio-E is made in 30 IU, and Bio-D is made in 2,000 IU.I initially thought I'd been the victim of false advertising or a counterfeit and would return my bottle but the name is right there in the title, Bio-*E*-Mulsion -- this was my mistake. So caveat emptor - if you want to raise your blood levels of vitamin D (and doesn't everybody) look for Bio-D-Mulsion.

Update: The review below is for Bio - D - Mulsion which is what I thought I had purchased. Take note, the bottle label on the front is almost identical. Take care that you get what you intended to buy.Makes it easy to titrate dosage to keep your blood levels around 70 ng/ml for Vitamin D. 4~5 drops once a day does it for us. It is thick, so you have to shake it well before dispensing. Taste is tolerable to okay. Amount is so small, you really don't notice it for long.

Simply the best. Use it for many years.

I ordered this by mistake, but I'm keeping it. I use the Bio-D mulsion forte and I really like that, so i figure this should be the same excellent quality.
