I wear these in the house and they fit inside my slippers. I have plantar fasciitis and these really support the centre of my feet. I don't wear them with the silicone inserts as they add enough support without them. Very pleased. An added bonus is they are warm in the winter! I don't think they will fit in any of my shoes, accept some of my wider boots, but that doesn't bother me as I have shoe inserts for outdoor wear.
