A response to Mrs. W
Just wanted to write a response of sorts to Mrs. W's review. This indeed does not collect everything Loeb and Sale have done together, but it never claimed to be a full collection. The item name is literally MARVEL Knights. This is their Marvel collaborations, so I don't know why anyone would expect their DC collaborations to be a part of this collection.

Let down
Loved their Batman comics. However, these really didn’t feel like complete and satisfying stories. They were all just short stories that recapped letters to people they cared about, which covered experiences relating them. They all just ended. No climax, no real “point.”

Missing Long Halloween, Dark Victory, Haunted Knight and When in Rome.
This is a really cool collection, but it's missing half of the Jeph Loeb/Tim Sale collaborations.

Really exciting
I live in Spain and the comic arrived the next day I ordered it. Perfect for any Marvel fan because it explains the stories behind the heroes. Two of the stories are not available in the market (at least in Spain), so it's really cool to have them!!!
