Good camera, easy to operate but no manual on how to use accessories
The camera build quality is excellent. Unhappy with the accessories though since no bag is provided and no instruction manual for using accessories. The acrylic underwater camera cover had one cracked broken slot barely holding to the Gimbel screw. I have used feviquik glue to fix the broken slot with body of main cover. Unable to find replacement either on Procus website nor Amazon for purchasing waterproof camera case for Procus Epic.

Cheap and useless.
Bought it to mount on a race motorcycle. The bloody thing switches off every time I turn on the motorcycle due to the vibrations. It's just a cheap Chinese camera in a plastic case that does nothing other than make it look like a fake GoPro.

Heating and recording issue
I have been using this since past 3months. Following are some issues I faced1. Device heats up and stops recording. Sometimes video don't even get saved.2. Recorded Video jitters at 60Hz and maximum resolution even after using class 10 MSD CardQuality of video and smoothness however is pretty good at 50Hz.

Amazing Camera For Its Price
Amazing Product for its price.I've been using it for past some months now on my daily office route and its performing pretty well.No heating problems.Battery life is adequate.Touch screen is easy to use and very handy.The accessories are of good quality.The remote control helps to operate the camera when i mount it on my helmet to start and stop recording.Dedicated buttons on remote for photo and video mode.The time lapse feature also works well.

Damaged/not working product
Not at all happy the way I got the package.. I don't have any option to replace it as the provided remote control is not working and camera is not getting connected with any phone.Refund will not solve my purpose

The best camera in best price range
The video quality is quite well, and everything is allround is perfect..and 4 starts is for the audio quality issue I'm having, the moment it's solved I'll make it 5 star❤️ it really ia the best camera within such price range... and I'll expect procus to soo launch image stabilization and audio mic support, so obviously can increase the standard level and price too...
