Just Okay: The weighted portion is okay, but the comfort isn't there.
I'd actually give these about 2.5 stars. I'll use them because I like using the heavier gloves, but it won't be all the time b/c they are not comfortable to wear. I got the Large size and they are pretty small and I wear a large with wiggle room in pretty much every type of glove. After a little bit, they rub the spacing between my fingers enough that I need to take them off. I'm doing Les Mills Combat workouts and I can make it about 20 minutes into the workouts before I need to remove them. The weight portion is what I expected, but if I can figure out a way to sew the weighted area onto some cheap MMA gloves or find better alternatives, I'll go that route without much hesitation.

Good helpers...
Wonderful little gloves. I use these in my Zumba Toning class as the toning sticks are not heavy enough. They get a little awkward in regular Zumba though as its not safe to have that kind of weight on your arms when moving at that pace. But a lot of people have purchased these in lighter weights after seeing mine. They're a lot simpler because you don't have to hold on to a weight and worry about dropping it.

Go for It!
Like other reviewers these need to be able to adjust tighter...for those of us with small hands it's hard to get them tight enough. Other than the tightness issue these are great. They really do the job and give me a great workout.

Three Stars
They are nice but not a perfect fit.

Love 'em. Period.
I think this product is terrific. Mind you, I don't use them for boxing, but for a range of aerobic sports where the weight enhance form, technique, and toning. For these uses, I find the excellent fit and weight distribution They are much less bulky than others of same weight, have very streamlined to the hand's shape and fit snugly to avoid movement of the weight and glove. Easy on and off, with a well-sized/placed velcro strap to secure the glove. Clearly, design hand/wrist gloves is difficult business with all the bad products out there -- kudos to Powergloves for the best design/results I've seen.

I don't want to crap on these gloves
I've been using these for Muay Thai training, and I have doubts. They've held up to about two weeks of heavy exercise, but the fabric they're made out of seems to be eh. I don't want to crap on these gloves, they're good for what you get. Just don't expect them to last long if you do anything extensive. As for fabric, it's really stretchy for obvious reasons; and my fear is that it will outstretch the sewing. Comfort, well it may vary. Seeing as how these are for everyone (but from pictures on the box and site, aimed at women) the gloves may run small on bigger dudes. If they do fit, then they will last for, well about two weeks; before flopping around every time you use them. I may be a special case, but they seem to lose snugness rather quickly. Now that I've crapped on these gloves, let me say I'm glad I found them. I was searching for a few weeks before finding some gloves that were affordable and had good reviews. If you find these I'd say get them, just know that you may need a replacement if you use them a lot and often.

Satisfied at initial use
Item weight is as advertised. Perfect fit for hands measuring 8 inches wide (thumb to pinky spread out). Hopefully seller will offer heavier options in the future as I would buy again.

Its all good
These gloves are great. They're not too perfect.Good Reasons:You can definitely use them for zumba or dancing. You can use them to run, tennis (just be careful what weight because you can hurt your back hand), slow kenpo, and anything that doesn't make you punch fast lol.Bad Reasons:I like doing fast kenpo. I couldn't get a good solid grip. My hands are not that thick. Therefore, the glove covers three fingers which is index, the one next to the index finger and the thumb. If it covered all fingers, my gosh I had the time of my life. Anyways, if you do fast kenpo, punching, it's hard to use. You can hurt your hand. (You know what I mean by fast. Those last five punches or towards the end of the exercise that tells you to push fast, even that. It ruins the glove for a stable position.)In conclusive, if you know you go fast on your kenpo, don't get them if you go slow then get them. However, anything besides kenpo, you can definitely use them. I like them in tennis. It's freaken awesome.
