Las utilizo sobre todo cuando hago ejercicios aeróbicos y zumba para trabajar también los brazos.Son muy cómodas de llevar, no se mueven. Hay que tener cuidado al lavarlas , mejor no entrar en la lavadora, porque pueden estropearse por el velcro . YO suelo lavarlas a mano.

The powergloves are small, they are perfect for kids. I bought them for my 10 y old son practicing martial arts. They are good quality and fit well. However as I said they are small maybe they can fit small ladies hands as well.

Para este tamaño o peso (500 gr) el guante no es cómodo para manos grandes porque estrangula los dedos pulgares su se introducen todos los demás dedos en su sitio. Convendría pensar en un par de tallas para los modelos de 0,5 y 1kg

So...the picture of the product is with a man, the Q&A says it fits most adults...but right at the top under the product in smaller writing it says 'for "weighted gloves women" ....which I missed and even with my girly hands they are too tight a fit. Hopefully, this will help another bloke and ensure that we don't end up buying an unexpected present for the missus that definitely doesn't deserve it.
