These shakes are sooo delicious and having been drinking two a day for two weeks i know look forward to drinking them and would rather them than a normal breakfast/lunch! Lost around 10lbs in two weeks!!! Although they leave you hungry after a couple of hours a small, low calorie snack tides me over until lunch. 100% recommend.

Best diet drink yet
I will say I have tried every diet drink on the market but shake it slim is the best yet. I have been on it for a week and have noticed a body change with in 4-5 days. I did have a cheat day on a Saturday but I've found it helps lose weight. The drinks are easy to mix and I now have the coffee drinks to as it makes a nice change. I would recommend to anyone who has given up trying.

Not for me
Really not for me. I was still very Hungry and by the end of the day I had a horrendous headache and stomach cramps . On the plus side they do taste nice.

Filling, Funny Taste
Each of the flavours when mixed with the recommended 300ml water is very filling, though they all leave a very odd chemical-like aftertaste, especially in the vanilla shake which was so overpowering I couldn't finish. It does help to an extent with weight loss but only with a strict diet too.

Inutile
Avevo letto buone recensioni per questo prodotto ma onestamente non l'ho trovato affatto efficace. Ho acquistato subito due confezioni, in modo da poter coprire due settimane di dieta. Ho seguito le istruzioni e sostituto due pasti (colazione e cena) con un frullato. Ad oggi, dieci giorni dopo l'inizio della dieta, non ho perso un grammo. Sottolineo che per il pasto "normale" ho sempre fatto attenzione, cucinando in modo leggero e dietetico. Il formato del prodotto è comodo, le bustine monodose si preparano in pochi secondi e si sciolgono benissimo in acqua. Il sapore è gradevole in tutte e tre le varianti, forse un po' troppo dolce. Saziano per alcune ore ma ho comunque scelto di usarle a cena in modo da non dover sentire i morsi della fame per tutto il pomeriggio con conseguente tentazione di spuntini vari... Le due stelle quindi non sono per il prodotto in sé ma per la sua completa inefficacia.

Lo consiglio
Già da tempo uso questi pasti sostitutivi a pranzo per perdere peso e devo dire che ho ottenuto ottimi risultati ... sono buonissimi , ormai ho provato tutti i gusti , io ne uso uno al giorno a pranzo , mi sazia , è buonissimo , non avverto senso di fame sino a sera e non mi sento più appesantita come mi succedeva prima , mangiando normalmente . Io lo frullo con latte scremato , ha comunque poche calorie e risulta ancora più goloso . Da provare .

Ottimi sostitutivi dei pasti
Li uso ormai da diverso tempo e non posso che essere soddisfatto. Li ho usati assiduamente e regolarmente (al posto del pranzo e della cena, salvo un'eccezione a settimana) e in tre mesi mi hanno fatto perdere ben dieci chili. Valido anche l'uso di una sola bustina al giorno per il mantenimento del peso raggiunto. Discreti anche i gusti, anche se il mio preferito é la fragola.

Prodotto efficace e di qualità
Il prodotto si presenta in comode buste monodose, ciascuna contenente una polvere da miscelare con acqua per ottenere un buon frullato denso da assumere al posto di un pasto. L'ho utilizzato per un mese e si è rivelato efficace, nonostante abbia sostituito solo un pasto al giorno e non due come consigliato. Il prodotto è gradevole e saziante, chiaramente non fa miracoli e non sostituisce una dieta equilibrata e del sano movimento, ma è utile nel caso in cui si debbano consumare pasti veloci, con poche calorie e equilibrati nutrizionalmente come ad esempio nelle pause di lavoro, o quando si è ecceduto con le calorie in precedenti pasti.

Le buste sono davvero pratiche. Le porto anche al lavoro, sigillate dentro lo shaker, e le assemblo all'ultimo. Ottimo il sapore. Dolci senza sapori chimici. Ho provato moltissimi pasti sostitutivi, anche i più cari, come herbalife e juice plus, ma questi sono imbattibili, il gusto é favoloso, sembra di bere un milk Shake, e la consistenza liquida lo rende perfetto da bere. Ne ho gia ordinata una scatola per 28 giorni.Consigliato!

Buonissimo. I tre gusti cioccolato, fragola e vaniglia sono davvero buoni. È a tutti gli effetti un pasto sostitutivo. Il gusto dolce e gradevole gratifica chi come me è a dieta.

Buono ed efficace
Avevo provato tanti prodotti tipo tisanoreica, herbalife, costosi per niente efficaci, questo prodotto e' molto buono, toglie appetito che io ho la fame nervosa lo consiglio in particolare abbinato al brucia grassi.
