Get at least 3 sizes bigger than what you usually wear...
I'm 5'7, 160 lbs and I got an XL since I usually wear a medium. It's still alot smaller than I expected it to be or wanted it to be. I'll wear since it's still a cool shirt but it's not the long flowy shirt I wanted.

exceeded expectations
The quality isn't the greatest, I am guessing one summer is all I will get out of it. When I opened up the package my first impression wasn't great and I wasn't hopeful. It looked incredibly see through, and waaay smaller than it it. When I put it on my mind changed. It is somewhat see through, but with the design not as much as I thought. I am wearing a black bra and you can't really tell. Size isn't bad, but I would order on size up next time.

Shirt pictured is not what you're getting
The shirt I received was NOT the one shown AND it has stains on it. The back is not longer than the front (like the images shown), the pattern and colors are different. On the back are some small brown stains (mold?) Also, I have no idea what the material is as there is no tag. Even though the shirt was inexpensive, it's not worth the money.

Great tank top shirt!
This shirt came early then expected by 2 weeks from the earliest arrival date. Looks exactly as the picture shows it. It fit as expected. The problem with a lot of people not getting the correct size for their bodies is what I see. I got the same size I wear and it fits as expected. You want it flowy order up two sizes. I see a lot of people think they wear a smaller size, then they are and ordered the smaller size. If a medium fits you tight, then this medium will fit you tight and so forth. This shirt is really cute and it is a longer back. It is a tank top not a dress. It has the high low cut to it. Very happy with it.

No, no, no; too late, too small, not the same item
I received this shirt a month and a half after getting a notice that I wouldn't be getting the item at all, it's not the shirt in the picture at all. It is similar but the one I received was mostly orange and blue. The shirt is pretty, but I also normally wear a medium, ordered an XL after reading other responses that it fit small and the do has ZERO stretch, could barely get my shoulders in. Never going to be able to wear it.

Very disappointed
Buyer Beware!!!!This shirt looks absolutely nothing like the picture... The fit is awkward to say the least... I order a lot from Amazon most comes from china very very rarely am disappointed this was a HUGE disappointment... With that said keep in mind it looks nothing like the picture-the fit is awkward-and it costs double what you payed to return-so therefore I'm not going to bother--but I'm sharing this info for any future buyers only so they have informative information so they can make a clear decision and know the consequences up front..
