After the use of suspender for a few times, the part of the suspender as shown in the photo was detached. The return period of 10 days was already over. The manufacturer has refused after a long chat, to provide me the part for fixing it myself. I was thinking of giving more orders for suspender of different colours. But the behaviour of the manufacturer has compelled me to change my opinion for the product and about the service of the manufacturer.
